Last-mile software for eCommerce brands running their own fleet

Once you bring delivery in-house, you inherit the part customers judge you on. The unboxing is your brand; so is the driver who turns up three hours outside the window.

The problem with generic route planners

Orders land in one system and deliveries get planned in another, usually a spreadsheet pasted into a mapping tool. Every handoff is a chance for an address to be wrong or an order to be missed.

And when a customer asks where their order is, support has no answer, because the only person who knows is the driver.

How RouteWork handles it

Bulk import from your order export

Drop in a CSV or Excel export from your store. Addresses geocode automatically, and the optimizer sequences the whole day in one pass.

Branded customer tracking

Every order gets a tracking link with live status and ETA. Customers check the page instead of emailing support.

Delivery windows customers actually get

Set a time window per stop and the optimizer builds a route that respects it, rather than producing a sequence you then have to fight.

Proof of delivery on every order

Photo, signature, GPS, and timestamp on each drop. Disputes and chargebacks stop being a matter of opinion.

Analytics that show the pattern

Completion rate, on-time percentage, and per-driver performance over any date range, so you can find where the day goes wrong.

Common questions

Can I import orders from my eCommerce platform?
You can import stops from any CSV or Excel export, which covers Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and most order management systems. Business plans also include REST API access and HMAC-signed webhooks for a direct integration.
Can customers see where their order is?
Yes. Each stop gets a public tracking page with live driver position, ETA, and stop count remaining. No account needed.
Does it handle failed deliveries?
Drivers mark a stop failed with a reason and a photo. The stop stays on the record with its history, so you can reattempt it on a later route.
