About RouteWork
Delivery management software built by Fintexa Inc.
Who builds RouteWork
RouteWork is built and operated by Fintexa Inc., a software company based in Ammon, Idaho. Fintexa builds and runs the product directly — the dispatcher dashboard, the backend, and the driver apps for iOS and Android are all developed in-house rather than assembled from white-label components.
RouteWork is Fintexa's delivery and field-service product. You can reach the company at fintexainc.com.
What RouteWork does
RouteWork is last-mile delivery management and route optimization software for businesses that run their own drivers or service crews. A dispatcher plans the day in a web dashboard; drivers work the route in a native mobile app; customers get automatic notifications and a live tracking link.
It covers the whole working day rather than one slice of it:
- Plan — import stops from CSV or Excel, or add them by hand, then optimize the order around delivery time windows and service durations.
- Dispatch — assign routes to drivers, watch progress on a live map, and re-optimize mid-route when the day changes.
- Drive — drivers get the day's stop list, one-tap navigation, and one-tap completion in an app built for phones, not a website in a wrapper.
- Prove — every completed stop records photos, a digital signature, GPS coordinates and a timestamp.
- Recur — service locations carry their own frequency, so weekly, biweekly and monthly visits schedule themselves.
See the industry pages for how this maps onto couriers, lawn care, pharmacy, HVAC, florists, food and beverage, retail distribution, eCommerce and waste services.
How we price
RouteWork charges a flat monthly rate for a whole team rather than a fee per driver, and every feature is included on every plan. We think per-driver pricing puts software cost in the way of hiring, which is the wrong incentive for a delivery business. Full detail is on the pricing page.
How we handle your data
Where it lives
RouteWork runs on dedicated server infrastructure with a PostgreSQL database. Traffic between your browser, the driver apps and our servers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS and TLS.
Account protection
Accounts are protected by password, or by Apple and Google sign-in if you prefer. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes — we cannot read them. Access inside a team is governed by roles, so a driver sees their own routes while administrators and dispatchers see the whole operation.
Location data
Driver location is collected by the mobile apps only to power live tracking, ETA calculation and proof of delivery, and only while the app is active and a route is in progress. Drivers can turn off location access in device settings at any time. Location data is used to run your operation — it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. RouteWork never sees or stores your card number.
Backups
The production database is backed up nightly in a format that allows individual records to be restored without replaying the entire database. We keep 30 days of nightly backups and 12 monthly backups. Backup files contain customer data and are stored with restricted, root-only access.
Retention and deletion
Your delivery records stay available for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from the app, and you can ask us to remove your data by emailing support@fintexainc.com. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
