Plans

Every RouteWork plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many team members they cover and the level of support included. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.

What every plan includes

There are no add-ons, feature packs or usage meters. The following are included on Starter, Professional and Business alike:

Free trial and billing

Is a credit card required to start the trial?

Yes. You enter a card when you sign up, but it is not charged during the 30-day trial.

What happens when the trial ends?

On day 31 your card is charged the monthly price of the plan you chose, and the plan renews monthly after that until you cancel. Cancel before day 31 and you are never charged.

How do I cancel?

Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside your RouteWork account, or email support@fintexainc.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your team keeps access through the end of any period you have already paid for.

How often am I billed?

Monthly, on the same day of the month as your trial ended. There is no annual commitment and no setup fee.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. The new rate applies from your next billing date.

Are refunds available?

Because every plan includes a full 30-day free trial before any charge, we do not routinely refund a month already billed. If something has gone wrong with your account, email support@fintexainc.com and we will look at it individually.

What about taxes?

Prices shown exclude any sales tax or VAT. Where we are required to collect it, it is calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Who processes payments?

Stripe. RouteWork never stores your card number. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

Team size and usage limits

What counts as a team member?

Every user account on your team, whether that person is an administrator, a dispatcher or a driver. A customer who receives delivery notifications or opens a tracking link is not a team member and does not count toward your limit.

Are routes, stops or notifications limited?

The number of routes you create, SMS and email customer notifications, tracking links, and proof-of-delivery records — including photos and signatures — are unlimited on every plan.

One limit does apply: a single route can hold up to 1,000 stops. That is a technical limit of the route optimizer, not a plan restriction — it is identical on Starter, Professional and Business. Operations that exceed it split the work across more than one route.

What if my team outgrows Business?

Email support@fintexainc.com and we will work out an arrangement for teams larger than 25 people.

Why flat-rate instead of per-driver?

Most delivery and field-service software charges per driver per month, so the bill grows every time you hire. RouteWork charges one flat rate for the team, which means the cost of adding a seasonal driver inside your plan's team size is nothing. For a ten-person team, per-driver pricing in this category commonly runs several times the $49.99 Professional rate.

Compare the published price of any per-driver product against your actual headcount before you decide — that comparison, not a feature checklist, is usually what separates the options.
